Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 6, 2026 · Last Updated: August 6, 2026

By downloading or using SCREENBot, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SCREENBot mobile and desktop applications ("App"), operated by Frisson Digital, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

SCREENBot is an AI-powered application that scans, classifies, and organizes screenshots into categorized lists to help you take action on saved content. SCREENBot is available on iPhone and iPad (SCREENBot Mobile, live on the App Store) and on Mac (SCREENBot Desktop, currently in closed beta).

Subscriptions and Billing — SCREENBot Mobile

SCREENBot Mobile offers the following tiers:

TierPriceScan allowance
Free—3 scans/month
Pro Monthly$4.99/monthUp to 650 scans/month
Pro Annual$39.99/yearUp to 7,800 scans/year (pooled)

These allowances are generous working limits set to keep the service sustainable, not per-item hard stops during normal use — most users will not come close to them. Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Refund requests may be submitted directly to Apple.

SCREENBot Desktop

SCREENBot Desktop is currently in closed beta and is not yet commercially available. Pricing and subscription terms for Desktop will be published separately when it launches publicly, and this section will be updated at that time.

Permitted Use

You may use SCREENBot for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to App infrastructure
  • Use the App to process or store content that violates applicable law

Intellectual Property

SCREENBot, including its name, logo, design, and underlying technology, is the property of Frisson Digital, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or intellectual property.

Your screenshots and personal data remain your property. We claim no ownership over content you process through the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SCREENBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all content will be accurately classified. AI-based classification may produce imperfect results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frisson Digital, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or device issues.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
